How to Request Deletion

  1. Fill out the form below with the email address associated with your account.
  2. Select which app your account is registered on.
  3. Submit the request.
  4. Our team will process your request within 30 days.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What Happens to Your Data

Data that will be deleted

  • Account credentials (email, password)
  • Personal profile information (name, phone, bio, photo)
  • Job applications and cover letters
  • Notification history
  • Session data

Data that may be retained (anonymized)

  • Aggregated tree planting counts
  • Climate practice adoption statistics
  • Event attendance counts
  • Program impact metrics for donor reporting

Personal data is deleted within 30 days of request confirmation. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for program impact reporting as required by our development partners.
